This is the privacy policy for the iOS app sudoku for my girlfriend, and for this website. I publish the app as Sime Erlic. If you need me, write to simon@erlic.ca.
The app does not collect, transmit, or sell personal information. There is no account, no sign-in, no ads, and no analytics. It never connects to the internet, and it never contacts this website.
It keeps the puzzles, the finish times, and two settings: how numbers are entered, and whether invalid numbers are marked. That stays in the app’s private storage on the device. It does not ask for a name, an email address, contacts, photos, location, or any other permission.
Delete the app and that saved data goes with it. I have no copy. There is no account to close, and nothing in the app sends information to me or to anyone else.
These are static pages. They don’t use analytics, they don’t include a form, and they don’t set their own cookies. Cloudflare hosts the site and may keep ordinary connection logs, such as an IP address and the page requested, to run and protect it. Those logs are only about visits here. The app never sends them.
It’s a puzzle. It does not collect information from anyone, including children.
I’ll change the date at the top when I change this policy.
